New Client Intake
All New Clients Book Intake to get started prior to seeing your therapist.
Consultation
In a free consultation with a new therapist, you can expect a structured and supportive environment. The therapist will introduce themselves, share their qualifications, and explain their approach to therapy. They will ask about your reasons for seeking therapy and what you hope to achieve, helping to clarify your goals.
During the session, the therapist may inquire about your background and current life circumstances to gain a better understanding of your situation. They will also explain how therapy works, including the confidentiality guidelines and session structure.
You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the therapist's methods or the process itself. If both you and the therapist feel comfortable moving forward, you will discuss the next steps and schedule future sessions. This initial consultation is designed to help establish rapport and ensure that the therapist is a good fit for your needs.

How We Help
We provide personalized support for a variety of concerns, including:
Mood and Anxiety: Managing symptoms of depression, generalized anxiety, panic attacks, and stress.
Life Transitions: Navigating major changes, grief, career stress, or relationship difficulties.
Trauma and Coping: Developing healthy coping mechanisms and healing from past experiences.
Personal Growth: Building self-esteem, improving boundaries, and clarifying life goals.
What to Expect
In individual counseling, you'll work one-on-one with a therapist to identify the roots of your difficulties and develop practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique needs. We prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space for insight and change.

Teen Counseling
🧭 12-Week Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Program
This is a highly structured, evidence-based program designed to help individuals and families build practical skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Program Structure
Our program runs for 12 consecutive weeks and includes required weekly services for comprehensive support:
Individual Skills sessions: Weekly one-on-one sessions for skill application and homework review.
Parent/Caregiver Coaching: Sessions held every four weeks to support skill generalization in the home environment.
⚠️ Mandatory First Step: Clinical Intake
All new clients must first book the "Phase 1: Intake & Clinical Clearance" session.
This required 50-minute session is conducted by a Licensed Therapist to perform a diagnostic evaluation, risk assessment, and clinical clearance before enrollment in the 12-week skills program can begin.
Please do not book weekly sessions until after this initial intake is complete.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing)
EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a structured psychotherapy approach designed to help individuals process and heal from distressing memories and traumatic experiences. Through a series of guided sessions, individuals are encouraged to recall traumatic events while simultaneously engaging in bilateral stimulation, typically through guided eye movements. This process is believed to help the brain reprocess these memories, reducing their emotional impact and fostering more adaptive coping mechanisms. EMDR is widely recognized for its effectiveness in treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and other related conditions.
