This is a 50-55 minute session with a Psychotherapist who specialize in helping clients develop better cognitive and emotional skills, reduce symptoms of mental illness, and cope with various life challenges to improve their lives.


Couples Counseling

Couples counseling focuses on improving relationship satisfaction and conflict resolution between couples. Whether through in-person or online couples therapy, the ultimate goal for a counselor is to help build a healthy relationship and solve any possible issues


LCSW Supervision

The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council sets the requirements for LCSW clinical supervision in Texas. You need to complete 100 total hours of supervision with your approved supervisor in no less than 24 months and no longer than 48 months.You will need 3000 hours of total work hours before you can take your exam.

I’m Jayde Jones, a Mental Health Specialist dedicated to supporting children and teens. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Houston-Downtown and an Associate of Arts from Lone Star College North Harris. My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I utilize to help young individuals navigate challenges such as generalized anxiety and improve their communication skills. I work with children aged 6-12 and teens aged 13-18, offering in-person therapy sessions during daytime hours. I am currently accepting new patients.
